    Bank policy
    

  1.  Rank based purchase system from the bank. Bank offers items to guild 
members based on this ranking: 

rank 1-2 - 60% discount 
rank 3-4 - 50% discount 
rank 5-6 - 40% discount 
rank 7-8 - 30% discount 
rank 9-10  20% discount 

First Saturday of the month is a double discount day for ranks 7-10 (Clearance Event). 
The price of an item is determined by the average price of 
that item over a given period of time. Auctioneer add-on is used for tracking 
this.

2. How to get more stuff: 

a) It is DRE Officers duty to do bank runs 2x per month (UBRS, LBRS, Scholo, Strat, whatever) and send all BOE 
items and send those to the bank. For officers the benefit of the run is BOP need roll and reputation. These items are 
published on the web. Current Bank Inventory

b) Members below officer can send in items for reputation gain which counts towards their promotion to higher ranks. 
   Each contribution merits one DKP point. 

c) Bank account watches AH for deals and makes those buys when they occur. The purchase is still available for
the discount once available in inventory. 

3. Selling your products to the bank. 

a) You can sell your products to the bank at a reversed discount. 
   For example: You have created an item using your skill and want to sell it on the AH. 
		You wait several days, but the item is not selling, but you need the money. 
		You can sell this item to the bank. You will only get the discounted item price for it. 
		So, if Jaromir makes Green Dragonscale Gauntlets and sells them to the bank, then if the
		AH price is 20 Gold, the bank will only pay 8 Gold for it and merit a DKP point. 

   Another example is Enchanters: An enchanter will send an email with enchanting offer. Copy of the letter
		becomes part of the inventory and someone can buy it from there at a discount. Say, +7 Agility
		to gloves requires: 3 Lesser Eternal Essence and 3 Illusion Dust. Bank will provide the mats
		and enchant is free. Cost of mats is covered by the requestor, but could be substituted with 
		equal value items. Say, Rugged Leather or Rune Cloth. 

4. Lottery: 

We need to have some fun for people to do and can have a lottery event. 
How to conduct it: 
a. Get all interested parties into a raid group until final call is announced. 
b. Everyone that is interested pays an entry fee of agreed amount say 1-10 Gold. 
c. The bank listing is available on the web. 
d. Items are announced and a highest roll gets the item. 
e. In order for this to work we need some bad ass shit in there. Not 20 
cards no one wants. 
f. The prize can also include gold, but no more than a 50 Gold match will be made. 
g. Any Council Member and GM can conduct this event with bank funding.
